We are a fast growing, independent and management owned multi-jurisdictional Trust Group (www.alpadis-group.com) and are looking for a Finance Manager for our office in Zurich:
Job description:
- Preparation of Full set of accounts for a Swiss entity
- Budgeting, forecasting, cash planning
- Preparation of Tax returns, VAT returns and liaising with tax authorities
- Support staff in invoicing (knowledge of "Viewpoint" is an advantage)
- HR tasks and preparation of payroll and expense reports
- Reportings to group CFO and MD
Requirements:
- Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management / Federal diploma or Higher Education (Eidg. Fachausweis Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, dipl. Treuhänder) or equivalent
- Knowledge in HR and understanding of trust and fiduciary industry is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills combined with an independent working style
- Fluent in speaking and writing in English and German
