As a Client Support Specialist at Alpian, you will be an integral part of our mission to make banking and investing easy, transparent, and meaningful for our clients through a seamless digital experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with them.
Banking Specialist
Position Summary:
- Assist clients with day-to-day banking services, investment solutions, general inquiries, and managing their accounts
- Communicate with clients through chat, video calls, and phone calls
- Provide prompt follow-up to clients' inquiries through our ticketing system
- Compile internal reports, including contact reports, complaints, feedback, and technical bugs
- Escalate client requests when necessary
- Work closely with the Wealth Management department to proactively problem-solve efficiently
Experience/Skills Required:
- Post-obligatory diploma
- At least one year of experience in the financial sector
- Experience in conducting client interactions through chat, video calls, and phone calls
- Good understanding of onboarding, periodic reviews, and cross-border regulations
- Comfortable working with CRM
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (B2) is required; fluency in Italian or French (or both) is a plus
- High standards in writing skills for your mother tongue
- Proficient in MS Office tools
