Senior Credit Officer Mortgages (Ref. 1533)

Function/Position
We are looking for an experienced professional with a predominently commercial real estate experience
Responsibilities
- The Senior Credit Officer works closely together with the Front Office team and credit departments of other entities in order to give support in the implementation of new credits or the review process
- Identification and analysis of financial figures and reports with a focus on selected markets
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. legal counsels and appraisers
- Preparation and control of credit requests/ reviews according to credit competencies along with the implementation and monitoring of the credit decisions taken
- University degree in a relevant field and/or education in business or finance. Higher financial education (e.g. CFA) would be an advantage
- At least 10 years of working experience as a credit professional
- Legal background is a strong asset
- Language skills: Perfect command of English, very good level of French, German is a plus
- Team player, ability to work with various stakeholders; Customer service oriented
- Prioritization and organisation skills are essential: strong committment, resilience and flexibility, motivated personality
- Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Avaloq is a plus)
