This role covers a wide range of tasks, calling for a versatile generalist eager to handle various operational and conceptual responsibilities.
Your responsibilities:
Account & Client Data Management:
- Handle account openings, verification, and maintenance, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Monitor account status, perform client data updates and maintain comprehensive records
- Provide essential correspondence upon request, maintaining meticulous document archives
Customer Service:
- Support across E-Banking, internal Website, and Debit/Credit Cards for seamless customer experiences
- Administer user verifications and manage Debit/Credit Cards efficiently
Back Office:
- Payments (Process and coordinate outgoing and incoming orders)
- Execute cash management orders
- Loans, Credit lines and pledges: Setup and lifecycling credit products, processing and managing the supporting documentation
- Investigate reconciliation items, troubleshoot if necessary
- Contribute to enhancement projects
- Occasional reception duties and serve as a pivotal contact for queries
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in banking systems and data management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Spanish, written and spoken
- Knowledge and experience using Finnova is an asset
- Versatility: Ability to handle diverse tasks and be an adaptable all-rounder in a dynamic work environment
