Job Description
The Product Management team acts in between the investment management teams and relationship managers and is responsible for a variety of activities throughout a fund's lifecycle. These activities include defining go-to-market strategies, preparing marketing documentation, and responding to various questions and requests from clients and prospective clients. The team plays a crucial role in successful capital raising for both funds and tailored client solutions, ensuring high-quality client service throughout the process.
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, predominantly focusing on private equity funds. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of private equity fund products, driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Your responsibilities as a Associate in the Private Markets Product Management team include:
Act as specialist for private equity sub-strategies and coordinate capital raising efforts
Develop marketing materials across various private equity offerings; especially presentations and due diligence questionnaires;
Contribute to content creation supporting the capital raising efforts including market research and in-depth portfolio analysis
Create customized client presentations and respond to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers
Work closely together with the investment management, investment controlling, legal and compliance teams to ensure consistent communication and data output;
Provide high-quality client services support to relationship managers.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles;
Completion of an analyst program in a similar field or corresponding experience from management consulting beneficial;
Master degree in business, economics, or similar subject;
Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; familiarity with another language, especially German, is preferred;
Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
