Administrative support within Customer Service Management
Managing and updating customer contracts and data
Working mainly with Excel and internal systems
Supporting order processing and administrative tasks in SAP
Maintaining customer and contract information accurately
What You Should Bring
Commercial background with around 3 years of professional experience
Very good Excel skills are required
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Telecom experience is a strong plus
Structured, reliable, and customer-oriented personality
Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage
