What you’ll do

  • Be the single point of contact for treatment sites, scheduling patient-specific manufacturing slots and keeping all stakeholders in sync
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience – from first schedule creation to real-time portal support
  • Troubleshoot & resolve logistics challenges, coordinating exception processes (returns, replacements, OOS) calmly and proactively
  • Maintain accurate master & transactional data in the scheduling and account-management systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, leading or contributing to tactical meetings and improvement projects as operations allow

What you bring

  • 3 years’ experience in customer service, call-centre operations, logistics, supply-chain or related field

  • Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting, remaining customer-centric and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills in English & German; French nice to have
  • A self-starter mindset, ownership, and a collaborative spirit
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
