Valuation Analyst

Maintain and continuously update a comprehensive database of historical M&A transactions.

Conduct analysis of buyer and seller profiles to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data through a careful and structured working approach.

Strong proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of financial metrics.

Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).

Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

Ideally, initial experience in private equity, fund operations, accounting, or company valuation.
