Project Manager
Your main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability through contract execution excellence and sale of additional scope and services to our current and future gas turbine & combined cycle customers base.
Your tasks
Lead and manage the execution of Service Contracts of all types, e.g. long term maintenance agreements, frame agreements & up-grade projects
Establish and maintain a relationship with the customers
Develop and align the project execution strategy, addressing customer, contract and Ansaldo considerations, together with other stakeholder
Lead the Service Team activities in planning and execution planned and un-planned maintenance activities at the customer plants
Support the development of the sale of additional scope and services to the customer, following the relevant Ansaldo guidelines for such activities
Present the allocated projects at regular review meeting towards the Ansaldo Management
Take an active part in improving & maintaining the process and tool landscape used in the activities
Your profile
Degree in mechanical engineering and/or business studies with a good technical understanding
5-10 years of experience from the industrial sector, preferably power industry, with a well proven track record
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management or international sales
Open minded team player, willing to learn with strong endurance and able to work under pressure even for longer periods
Have strong interpersonal skills & being a good communicator
Critical thinking, problem solving & analytical skills
Strong commitment to delivery on-time/cost
Being flexible and self-motivated & willing to travel frequently, also on short notice (up to 30%, globally)
Excellent command of English, knowledge of Italian and German would be an asset, other languages are an advantage
