In order to strengthen our Perfume Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a
Reporting directly to our Business Controller Manager for the Europe & Africa area, you provide a continuous analytical support to the travel Retail, Export, Direct Retail and E-commerce sales channels.
In this role, you are covering different analysis in the fields of business intelligence activities, sell-out analysis, costs and profits managements as well as general support to the Sales team by achieving the following main tasks:
Business Intelligence & Sell-out:
You collect and organize the Sell-out data to update the reports (Excel and Power BI) and provide strategical insights for the team. You help tracking global market and competition data on P&C category and per sales channel to evaluate our performance. You analyze the performance per retailers / doors and provide actions to be taken.
Cost & Profit Management:
You help monitoring the P&L of all key countries/accounts and provide solutions of improvements. You support on control and monitor A&;P of all major business partners as well as key information reported (sales by customer, stock, sell-in, sell-out) with special emphasis on inventory equation. You help measuring the return on investment for key promotions and capex investments analysis.
Holder of a university degree in Management, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent studies, you have at least 2-3 years of experience in finance or business analysis in a multicultural and challenging environment. A previous exposure to sales analysis and reporting is strongly appreciated.
Business and customer-oriented, you are comfortable with data crunching and have a strong analytical mindset with important drive to results. Able to think strategically, you bring a big picture and a global vision. Proactive, you are recognized for your hands-on spirit and ability to set the priorities in a changing environment. You are curious, eager to learn, flexible and capable to provide effective solutions to business problems. Teamwork is important for your and you can build strong trustful relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Finally, you have excellent command Excel (formulas, data management and pivot table, VBA a plus) and Power BI and you are fluent in English and French.
